We are the original designer and programmer of the unique Wine Shopper system - created initially for the wineries of the Walla Walla Valley, and since have been adopted by other Washington state wineries. This popular and highly customizable application has proven to increase sales from 25% to 40%.

Summary of Features:

• We Integrate the System into your own Website Design for a consistent look and seamless shopping experience.
• The Clean Design & Layout allows a customer to see all available products at once, which is proven to increase sales.
• Streamlines the Ordering Experience by reducing the amount of clicking needed to submit an order. (No having to “add items to cart” like other shopping systems.)
• Sell Current or Future Releases by 750 mL bottle, half-case, or case pricing. Futures can be sold at a preorder/discounted price.
• Sell Other Bottle Sizes: Magnums, 375 mL, or even Barrels!
• Sell Merchandise such as t-shirts, hats, gift packs, etc.
• Sold Out Display option allows wines to stay in the list but not allow purchasing. Good for potential customers to see you are selling out!
• Bottle or Label Image Display Option.
• Wine Detail Viewer – The wine name can be clicked on to automatically generate a popup web page with more detailed wine information.
• PDF Fax Order Form Option.
• Automatic Discounts for case or mixed case orders (you define the percentage).
• Special Wine Club Member Discounts can be enabled.
• Promo Code feature for additional discounting can be enabled.
• Automatic Tax Calculations. Now compliant with Washington's destination-based sales tax laws.
• Automatic Shipping Calculations: You define the shipping rates based on 1-3 bottles, 4-6 bottles, and 7-12 bottles (or case) wine purchases from in-state or out-of-state. Multiple states can be defined to receive the in-state shipping price.
• Automatic sum for total purchase.
• Age verification to ensure delivery to persons over 21 years of age.
• Option for Customers to Join your Mailing List.
• E-mail Receipt of order to customer upon checkout.

Online Administration Features:

Once you log into the online administration system (no special software necessary) you will have access to the following:

• Manage your wine details:
  • Define pricing for case, half-case, bottle, or other custom bottle sizes.
  • Add other merchandise such as t-shirts, hats, gift packs, etc.
  • Upload small and large preview images.
  • Insert brief and detailed descriptions using a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) html editor. This will let you edit your wine descriptions like you are using MS Word.
  • Specify if wine is discountable.
  • Change display sequence of wines.
  • Define status as current or future (Allows normal ordering function)
  • Define status as sold out (Keeps wine in list but disables ordering)
  • Define status as past (Archives the wine and removes from wine shop)
• Manage your Shop Settings:
  • Define and update local tax rate
  • Define and update shipping costs for in-state and out-of- state orders
  • Define case discount percentages for Wine Club members and non-members (Other than case discounting is possible.)
  • Link to a PDF fax order form
